Captain Rob Cinq-Mars is a USCG Licensed Master with decades of experience on sailboats and powerboats. He holds a degree in electrical engineering and has additional training in marine electronics and NMEA 2000 systems.

That combination of seamanship and technical knowledge provides an important advantage when problems arise hundreds of miles from home.

Capable Captain provides professional yacht delivery services throughout Florida, Chesapeake Bay, the Mid-Atlantic, New England, the Great Lakes, Gulf Coast, Caribbean, Intracoastal Waterway and inland waterways.

Our delivery experience includes coastal, offshore and long-distance routes for sailboats, powerboats, trawlers, motor yachts and catamarans. Whether your vessel needs to be moved a few hundred miles or transferred between regions, we handle the route planning, weather monitoring, navigation and day-to-day logistics required for a safe and efficient delivery.

From Florida to New England, Chesapeake Bay to the Great Lakes, or through the ICW and Caribbean, every delivery is planned around the vessel, the season and the safest practical route. Owners receive clear communication from departure through arrival.
